Recently purchased CPO from your dealership. We originally came to purchase another CPO but unfortunately the original vehicle was purchased minutes before our arrival. Sales Mgr Rich Sopron knew that we were disappointed and he promised to make things right for us. Well he delivered on his promise! We are the happy owners of ’09 VW CC CPO. It turned out this “replacement” car exceeded the expectations we had when we went to buy the original vehicle. Not only are we happy with the vehicle and the price, but the whole sales process couldn’t have been more user friendly. Bart the sales person along with JR in finance stayed passed closing to make sure we drove home in our new vehicle. We were contacted within the next couple of days by both Bart and our original sales contact (Aaron) to make sure we were happy and answered any questions we had on the operation of the vehicle. Ownership should be thrilled by the performance of this most professional staff. Count on me as a “more than satisfied” customer. I will recomend your dealership to friends and family anytime. In a barrel full of adjectives there is not a single word that can describe the type of service I received in the purchase of my 2012 Beetle. My purchase was not the easiest experience due to something that many individuals are currently going thru which affected their property values. In the past couple of years my credit has become undesirable to companies that I have been loyal to for 10 plus years which included VW credit. I was able to walk into a VW dealer at one point in my life and lease another vehicle in less than an hour. As you can imagine this is hardly the case now. While I felt embarrassed because of my financial situation; it all changed when I began speaking with Bill Bertucci. Bill’s kind words and his ability to make me feel like I was still considered a VIP at VW began this journey of above and beyond service. Bill talked to me like I was one of his closest friends at times even his son. He would explain many different scenarios on how I can achieve my goal of purchasing my vehicle and stressed the pro’s and con’s of every option. As this built my confidence, I was then introduced to one of the most amazing people that I have met throughout my 34 year life span. Rich Sopron, who immediately made me feel like I am his brother and facilitated most of the process which included assigning my sales man Aaron Gaus. With the guidance and leadership of Bill and Rich; Aaron began yet another journey into the world of superior customer service. His patience and commitment to fulfilling all my needs proved to be the final touches on me successfully purchasing my vehicle. Throughout the process many people touched my life to include Chuck Palmisano, whom I spent over an hour talking to at times because he related with my situation by describing his own trials and tribulations that he endured and successfully overcame. Initially my letter was 3 pages long and described many more intimate details about my experience there. However, I realized that you have to be extremely busy because of how well your establishment is run. There are many others that I am not mentioning but please know that I did not have one unpleasant experience during my purchase. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for leading such an amazing family oriented organization, and I will continue in all my efforts to let everyone know about my life changing experience I had at your home.
